My goal was a lifelong ambition to complete the London Marathon. I had failed twice previously because I became injured during training, but working with George was a complete game-changer. He helped me fundamentally change my running technique, which meant I was able to run not only faster and more efficiently but, crucially, to train pain-free and stay clear of injury right up to the finish line.
