FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
There is no set number of sessions in order to see improvement, we work in blocks of 6x 1 hour sessions as we find this a long enough time frame to see improvements without committing to too much.
WHAT IF I GET INJURED DURING MY TRAINING BLOCK?
As a practitioner in movement rehabilitation we can help you to return from your injury quicker and stronger. You can however choose to pause the block and return once you have recovered.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All sessions must be cancelled 24 hours before the session. Any sessions cancelled after this time or unattended will be deducted from the block.
WHERE ARE THE SESSIONS HELD?
The sessions are held at Studio 22 which is a small gym space dedicated for Personal Trainers and their clients. We primarily coach indoors on a treadmill but do some running outside.
