GAIT & MOVEMENT ANALYSIS

Basketball Game

In the first session we will take your child through a Bio-Mechanical Analysis in which we analyse their walking and running technique followed by an assessment of their movement, balance and co-ordination. This will allow us to identify any inefficiencies that could be stopping your child from running better or that could cause injury. We will set your child practice exercises that are easy and simple to do at home and will aid them in progressing faster and further through the training.

 

At the end of every block of sessions we will film progress videos so that you and your child can see their improvements and inspire them to continue their hard work.

This is suitable for kids aged 6-14, of all abilities and sports.

NEURODIVEREGENT KIDS

We work with children with ADHD, Dyspraxia, Autism and other neurodivergent conditions to help them develop their movement skills, balance and co-ordination in a supportive and structured environment. We coach 1-2-1 to give your child the personal attention they deserve in a calm, controlled setting whilst progressively challenging them at a pace they are comfortable with. The training will help them to refine their motor control, improve spatial awareness and quicken their decision making which will translate not just to their sport of choice but to all aspects of their life.​​

The children we have worked with previously have developed new confidence and enjoyment when partaking in sport, better concentration and have been given the skills to succeed both physically and emotionally.

MULTI-DIRECTION SPORTS

Most sports require multi-directional movement, acceleration and deceleration, and quick reactions including football, tennis, rugby and netball. Once your child has learnt the new running technique we can begin to develop the other aspects of movement needed for their sport.

 

We will progress through drills and exercises to improve your child's ability to sprint off a line, slow down quickly and efficiently and change direction with minimal effort whilst reacting to external stimuli correctly. Learning these skills will help your child to always lead with their best foot forward when playing their sport.

After completing a course of lessons, my son made huge improvements not just in his running form but also in his general balance and confidence in body movements during sport—his football skills improved greatly as a direct result. George built a fantastic rapport with him, and my son was always genuinely happy and excited to attend the classes.
