RUNNING TECHNIQUE COACHING

BIO-MECHANICAL ANALYSIS & FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT ANALYSIS
​​Our coaching starts with a Bio-Mechanical & Functional Movement Analysis in which we will analyse your walking and running gait as well as how you move in a range of functional movements. Previous injuries, training and body structure can impact the way we move and what muscles we use. The two assessments combined allows us to identify if you have any compensations or imbalances and what aspects we need to work on and improve whilst learning the new running technique.
During the further sessions we will coach you through a bespoke training plan designed around your individual needs to help you achieve your goals.​​
This is suitable for beginner to elite runners and those coming back from injury.
SPEED COACHING
Whether you are a triathlete or parkrunner, if you are chasing a personal best or goal time in a race, then working on your running technique will help to improve your speed and make you feel lighter on the ground.
Once we have conducted your Bio-Mechanical Analysis and have taught you the new running technique we will work on more challenging drills and exercises, alongside strength training to help your body adapt with your newfound speed!​​


MARATHON COACHING
If you are looking to run your first marathon or targeting a goal time we will work with you on endurance, strength and mindset to help you turn up to the start line prepared for the big day.
Once we have conducted your Bio-Mechanical Analysis and have taught you the new running technique we will work on maintaining the technique for longer durations. We will create a bespoke training plan for you that is shaped around your life and help you to avoid injuries during training.
HYROX
Running makes up over half the total time of a Hyrox race, by working on your technique and efficiency you will not only run faster but be less fatigued for the stations.
Once we have conducted your Bio-Mechanical Analysis and have taught you the new running technique we will work with you to train speed, strength and compromised running ready to step onto the start line of your next race.
